New Delhi, June 13: Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi on Wednesday reprimanded party workers over the party's poor show in the recently concluded Lok Sabha elections. Expressing her disappointment over Congress's performance in her mother Sonia Gandhi's constituency Raebareli, Priyanka Gandhi said she would not mince words about party men not doing enough to ensure victory.

Priyanka, who was made in-charge of eastern Uttar Pradesh months before the Lok Sabha polls, accompanied Sonia Gandhi for a thanksgiving visit to Raebareli. "I did not want to deliver any speech here but since I have been asked to speak, let me speak the truth. The truth is that this election was won with the help of Sonia Gandhi and the people of Raebareli," said the furious Congress leader. Priyanka Gandhi Vadra As CM Candidate in 2022, Demand Party Workers in Rae Bareli.
