The All India Jamaitul Quresh, a Mumbai-based meat trader association has filed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) in Bombay High Court on Monday seeking direction for the State government to allow sacrifices of water buffaloes for the upcoming festival of Bakra-Eid.
