The event saw the presence of Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly Speaker Kuldeep Singh Pathania and Pradesh Congress President Pratibha Singh, along with other local leaders at the Ridge, the heart of Shimla, who gathered to honour Mahatma Gandhi's legacy.
