Subramania Bharathi, the son of a daily wage labourer, has cleared the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Civil Services Examination in his very first attempt. Bharathi credited his success to the 'Naan Mudhalvan' scheme, a flagship program designed to provide specialized coaching and skill development to students across the Tamil Nadu.
