Former diplomat Taranjit Singh Sandhu was sworn in as the 23rd Lieutenant Governor of Delhi on Wednesday, succeeding Vinai Kumar Saxena. The oath of office was administered by the Chief Justice of the Delhi High Court at a ceremony held at Raj Niwas, attended by senior government officials, political leaders, and dignitaries.
