A 25-year-old vegetable seller from Bihar was arrested by the Delhi Police on Wednesday for allegedly molesting an 11-year-old girl in the Nihal Vihar area. Officers at PS Nihal Vihar recorded the statement of the minor victim. The team worked round the clock and carefully examined footage from more than 100 CCTV cameras installed in the surrounding areas.
