Bihar CM Nitish Kumar on Saturday announced a significant hike in monthly pension benefits under the 'Bihar Patrakaar Samman Pension Scheme'. In a social media post on X, the CM informed that the state government has instructed the concerned department to increase the monthly pension amount for all eligible journalists from the existing INR 6,000 to INR 15,000.
