Maruti Suzuki will enter India’s EV market with its first electric midsize SUV, the e-Vitara, launching on December 2, 2025. It was first unveiled at the Bharat Mobility Auto Expo 2025. The e-Vitara will rival the Mahindra BE 6 and Hyundai Creta Electric. It may feature a 61kWh battery and will likely offer Level 2 ADAS and a panoramic sunroof.
