Tata Motors’ demerger has created two independent entities - Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles (TMPV) and Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles Limited (TMCLV). TMPV shares have begun trading on BSE and NSE, while TMCLV shares remain frozen in investors’ demat accounts pending listing and regulatory approvals.
