As per RBI holiday calendar for January 2026, banks will observe closure in several states between January 19 and January 25 due to regional festivals. While physical counters for cash deposits, cheque clearances, and loan documentation will be unavailable due to the bank holidays, the RBI has ensured that digital banking services continue to remain functional.
