Today, February 18, gold and silver prices in India saw a sharp decline. 24K gold dropped to INR 1,54,190, while 22K gold rate was INR 1,41,340 per 10 grams. Silver also crashed to INR 2.60 lakh per kg. The dip is linked to a recovery in equity markets and profit-booking following record highs earlier in the month.
