To support PM Narendra Modi's appeal for fuel conservation, Anupam Mittal of People Shaadi.com has introduced a weekly work-from-home policy for 500 employees. By reducing weekly commutes by 20 per cent, the company estimates it will save nearly 30,000 litres of petrol annually, effectively contributing to national efforts to lower crude oil imports.
