The Delhi High Court has agreed to protect singer Jubin Nautiyal's personality rights against unauthorised AI use and likeness exploitation. However, Justice Tushar Rao Gedela questioned why the Uttarakhand-based singer approached Delhi instead of local courts, remarking, "Is Google not available in Uttarakhand?" The court will issue protective orders soon.
