Actress and jewellery designer Neelam Kothari criticised Etihad Airways for not attending to her when she fainted on board a Toronto-Mumbai flight. She slammed the crew for their callous attitude. The airline has since responded to the actress, after several tweets by fans urging Neelam to get a refund.
