Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor and the Kapoor Khandan have reportedly signed a 20-year lease for five floors in the Kanakia Wall Street commercial complex in Mumbai's Andheri East area to build the new RK Studios. Late filmmaker Raj Kapoor's RK Studios in Chembur were sold to Godrej Properties in 2019, and the Kapoor family aims to rebuild the legacy.
