Bollywood actor Prateik Babbar surprised fans by officially changing his name to Prateik Smita Patil, paying a heartfelt tribute to his late mother and legendary Bollywood actress. The actor along with his wife Priya Banerjee also addressed the speculations surrounding his father Raj Babbar.
