The Delhi High Court has permitted Priya Kapoor to file details of her late husband Sunjay Kapoor’s private properties in a sealed envelope. The court directed all parties to undertake not to leak any information to the media. Priya Kapoor’s lawyer emphasised that the matter should remain confidential and discussed only within the court.
