Kannada filmmaker and actor Hemant Kumar has been arrested by the Rajajinagar police after a complaint was filed against him accusing him of sexual harassment, cheating and criminal intimidation. During the promotions of a film, the filmmaker spiked her drink and recorded a private video, which he later used to blackmail her.
