Surgeons at AIIMS Delhi removed a massive 21.8 kg uterine tumour from a 46-year-old woman. The high-risk, five-hour surgery successfully excised the uterus and ovaries with minimal blood loss. Despite her history of diabetes and hypertension, the patient recovered remarkably fast, began walking the next day, and was set for discharge on March 23.
