Air India has launched a probe after a viral video from a Bangkok-Delhi flight AI2335 on January 19, showed a passenger alleging he was "treated like a dog". The row began over unavailable pre-booked non-veg meals and allegedly escalated into crew misconduct and the intimidation of passengers. The airline has apologised and promised action.
