A 42-year-old Bengaluru civil engineer, Bhaskar, died in his sleep after a domestic altercation. His wife claimed self-defence, stating she hit him during a violent episode. Bhaskar, reportedly intoxicated, had returned home after staying with a domestic help he was allegedly having an affair with. Police are investigating the case.
