Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) ward councillor from Bhadaipura ward, Rudrapur municipal corporation, Prakash Singh Dhami passed away on Monday after being shot at by unknown assailants, police said on Monday. The Rudrapur Municipal Corporation comes under the Kumaon division in the state.
