Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has recently issued a directive that imposes Rs 10,000 fine on private busses parked illegally on the roads, starting September 1. This comes after BEST opened its bus depots for parking of 3,500 vehicles. However, only 20 vehicles use the facility on a daily basis.
