A woman who had lodged a false case against her estranged husband for sexually assaulting their 11-year-old daughter now faces imprisonment under the POCSO Act. The judge at the Madras High Court said that this should a lesson for all those who attempt to misuse the provisions of the POCSO Act and use it to satisfy their own selfish ends.
