Congress candidates, including Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu's wife, are in the lead in the two assembly constituencies of Dehra and Nalagarh, while the BJP candidate is ahead in Hamirpur, officials said on Saturday.
