A 23-year-old woman died and her colleague was critically injured after a Mini Cooper driven by Darius Dias allegedly rammed into their bike in Goa. The crash occurred on the Bambolim-Dona Paula road. Police have booked Dias under negligence charges as the victim’s family alleges lack of transparency.
