A 21-day-old mystery in Dehradun’s Vikasnagar was solved after police revealed that a missing girl was murdered by Shahbaz, who was enraged when she refused his demand for sex. With friend Faizan and a minor, he strangled her and dumped the body in a canal. Shahbaz and Faizan are in custody, while the minor is in a juvenile home.
