The incident occurred around 8.30 p.m. near a private petrol pump in the Chikaliya area when a pick-up truck, dangerously overcrowded with passengers, lost control and overturned in Dhar. Preliminary police reports suggest the vehicle was carrying between 40 and 45 labourers, a figure that far exceeds the legal and safe seating capacity for such transport.
