The Hyderabad Prohibition and Excise Department on Monday arrested a former software engineer for allegedly cultivating marijuana on the terrace of his residence. Authorities seized 17 cannabis plants from the property, which officials estimate could have yielded approximately 10 kilograms of ganja.
