Delhi HC’s Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma recused herself from hearing Karti P. Chidambaram’s plea to quash a CBI corruption case linked to alleged Diageo Scotland bribery. The matter will now be listed before another bench as per the Chief Justice’s orders.
