SP leader Lal Bahadur Yadav (48) died instantly on Sunday when a massive high-mast pole collapsed onto his car in Pratapgarh. The 1,000-kg structure fell during installation at a petrol pump after a crane strap snapped. The incident, caught on CCTV, has led to an FIR and probe into gross negligence by the management.
