Large groups of locusts have destroyed crops spread over at least 5,00,000 hectares of land so far in Rajasthan’s Jaipur. Most of the land affected by locust is mostly in western and eastern Rajasthan. These locusts have led to the destruction of crops, thus affecting the livelihood of thousands of farmers in Rajasthan.
