A week after the encounter of history-sheeter Vikas Dubey, Lucknow Police has announced a reward of Rs 20,000 for providing information related to whereabouts of Vikas Dubey's brother Deep Prakash Dubey. The police informed that Deep is absconding after the July 3 incident where eight policemen were killed at Kanpur's Bikru village.
