A Nagpur teacher has been booked for an assault on a Class 5 student over a wrong math answer. The victim suffered severe hand injuries at the Deoli Kalan Zilla Parishad school. After the teacher allegedly threatened the family with expulsion, the Child Helpline intervened to ensure an FIR was filed and the girl received care.
