In its all India weather bulletin, the weather agency said that heavy rainfall is very likely over Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, northern parts of Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal & Sikkim and northeastern states during next 5 days.
