Moradabad Police arrested a fugitive after 21 years during a verification drive in Pakbada. Identified as Naresh Valmiki, he had been living in Sambhal as ‘Sultan’ with multiple fake IDs. Police recovered forged documents and a mobile phone. He faces serious charges, and further probe is underway.
