Noida Police have arrested Amit Kumar and Abhishek for allegedly chasing a woman's car and blowing flying kisses from an MG Hector. The arrest follows a viral video near Sector 135, where the terrified victim recorded the harassment. The SUV has been seized and an FIR filed under the BNS.
