Claire Olsen, a nurse from New Zealand successfully underwent robotic double hip replacement surgery in Mumbai recently. She saved USD 60,000 after a private hospital back home quoted USD 80,000 for the operation. The registered nurse from Tauranga said that the hospitals in India are more advanced than NZ's "third world system".
