The president Droupadi Murmu is pleased to appoint Kavinder Gupta as the Lt Governor of Ladakh, Ashok Gajapathi Raju as the Governor of Goa and Professor Ashim Kumar Ghosh as the new Governor of Haryana, the communique said.
