The 28-year-old patient identified as Atikur Rahman, a resident of Manipur's Jiribam district, had undergone a biopsy test at a private hospital in Silchar, Assam. After the test, he found that the doctor had removed his genitals without his consent. Rahman has sought Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma's intervention.
