The sexual health treatment scam came to light after the victim, a software engineer, approached the Bengaluru police and reported being defrauded of INR 48 lakh. The techie also told cops that he was suffering kidney damage due to the herbal treatments suggested by the accused. The victim was lured by a roadside Ayurvedic tent, which allegedly promised quick relief for sexual problems.
