The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) on Wednesday upheld charges by Cyrus Mistry that he was illegally ousted as chairman of Tata Group. The tribunal also restored former Tata group Chairman Cyrus Mistry as executive chairman of the group.
