Truck helper Prahlad Chauhan alleged he was kidnapped, locked in a room, fed stale food, and threatened by dismissed IAS officer Puja Khedkar’s family after a road rage incident. Police have added charges of extortion, wrongful confinement, and assault against her father Dilip, driver Salunkhe and mother Manorama.
