A 19-year-old from Uttar Pradesh, Kapil Chaudhary, was allegedly murdered in Goa by a rent-a-car owner and his two aides after he tried to flee with a rented SUV. Goa Police arrested Gurudat Subhash Lawande, Daison Agnelo Coutinho and Suraj Jotish Thakur for the crime.
