Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) sarpanch Harbarinder Singh, 40, was shot dead by unidentified assailants during a wedding function in Punjab’s Tarn Taran district on Wednesday, marking the second killing of a sarpanch from the region in the past two months, police said.
