Due to the breakage of the glacier, the movement of pilgrims towards Shrikhand Mahadev Yatra 2019 has been temporarily stopped. The 35-km harsh track from Jaon under Nirmand is not meant for the faint-hearted. Medically unfit people are not allowed to move towards the shrine. Before they embark on the yatra, medical tests are done.
