In a significant verdict, the Central Bureau of Investigation Court in Lucknow has convicted accused Jishan Khan and sentenced him to 10 years of rigorous imprisonment along with a fine of Rs 9,000 in connection with the culpable homicide of Inspector Anil Kumar, SHO, Kotwali Police Station, Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh.
