Jyeshtha Gauri Puja begins with the invocation of the goddess and holds great significance among the Hindus. Gauri Pujan begins with the Gauri Avahan i.e. welcoming of Goddess Gauri on the third day of the Ganpati festival and concludes with the Visarjan.
