⚡Why Is Hindi Journalism Day Celebrated on May 30? History, Significance and Its Impact Today

Hindi Journalism Day honours the first Hindi newspaper, "Udant Martand," published in Calcutta in 1826 by the one and only Pandit Jugal Kishore Shukla. It is also celebrated in schools, colleges, and organisations with award ceremonies, poetry shows and seminars to highlight the struggles many Hindi journalists face over the years.
