UEFA satted they found the Premier League side guilty ‘overstating its sponsorship revenue in its accounts and in the break-even information submitted to UEFA between 2012 and 2016’. However, CAS in their verdict on Monday (July 13, 2020) said that City ‘did not disguise sponsorship contributions but did fail to cooperate with the UEFA authorities’.
